In the Development phase, I lead multidisciplinary field teams through effective coordination, supervision, and decision-making. My role involves monitoring progress, resolving on-site challenges, maintaining alignment with design intent, and ensuring that construction activities proceed as per schedule and specification. I give high priority to safety management, logistics planning, and inter-agency coordination, ensuring seamless execution from foundation to commissioning.
